Returns, Cancellations, and Food Storage

NIIJI’s Earthly Science Solutions aka NESS’s Return Policy expires 15
days for any non-food items, such as tea strainers or infusers. Return
postage is the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for a return,
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. 

Food & Perishable Items may not be returned. 

If you wish to cancel an order or there are problems with shipping,
quantity, or size,  this must be reported to NESS within 36 hours of
receipt of the package. Please send an email to: ness@zoominternet.net 
describing the problem.

We will contact you. In the SUBJECT line type the words: Customer
Service/Order #. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and the
best time to call you. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Herbs, Teas, other Herbal Mixes and or Solutions are food items and
exempt from being returned. They are perishable and, by law, food
cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or
exchange for food items.

If the shipping box and/or its products are damaged upon arrival, you
must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the box. Retain all packaging
and leave the contents in place. Photograph the box with its contents and
send the image to us at: ness@zoominternet.net  In the SUBJECT line
type the words: Shipping Damage/Order #. Send an email with the
photograph attached. Please include your name, phone number, and the
best time to call you. 

Refunds

NESS issue refunds for packages that are mishandled and in other
specific situations. Please message us immediately if you are unsatisfied.

When NESS receives and inspects the non-food return, we will send you
an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will
also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are
approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within three weeks of receipt of the return.

The Consumer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs
for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a
refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds 

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some 6-12 business
days before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a
refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received
your refund yet, please contact us at ness@zoominternet.net 

Storage of NIIJI’s Earthly Science Solutions LLC Teas Products

To ensure the quality, integrity and safety of your herbal product, please
store in a cool, dark, dry place below 75 degrees.

Sale Items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items
cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, send us a message at
ness@zoominternet.net and we will contact by email at the exchange
address. 

Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your order –
Monday through Friday. We are closed for processing online orders
during national holidays, weekends as well as a few additional religious
holidays and vacations.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service
or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive
your returned item. NIIJI’s Earthly Science Solutions, LLC teas and
products is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
